Dan and Mark recently flew over to Cologne to visit our new friends Markilux at their German headquarters. There they were introduced to the inner-workings of their inspiring organisation. Markus, Peer and Nigel (featured in the photograph) were wonderful hosts and treated them to the renowned German hospitality.
We are very excited to be heading up the UK market for Markilux and to bring a bit of the continental to British living.
Danke to our German friends!

Our Look-Book for Court Collaboration is a real show-stopper.
We think our glossy new images reflect the sleek Court branding.
Our photographer took these beautiful images to reveal the lustrous new look we are developing for Court.
Keep your eyes peeled for their cracking new website in the project pages.
Gallons of tears are flowing at Design BP as Jen heads off for her maternity leave.
We wish our mum-to-be the very best of luck at this special time.
You’re going to be missed JC, the office is not going to be the same without you!

We’ve been helping guests at the Lea Marston and The Abbey Hotel ‘discover a warm welcome’ with our delicious new branding.
Our brand refresh communicates the personalities of both hotels, from the warm, welcoming staff and personable service to the beautiful decor.
Both hotels are rated four star, located outside of Birmingham City in the midlands. They both pride themselves on their traditional family owned heritage, quality of service and excellent facilities.
Our new branding now expresses these values progressing away from the once corporate chain look that the hotels once adopted.
We’ve been creating everything from the logos and proposition to the brochures and publications.
Check out the brand evolution so far…

We are pleased to say that our new offices are starting to come along really nicely. We are halfway through the decorating and it is starting to feel more like home. The bright white paint work has really brightened up the place and compliments the bright green doors and slate walls. Hopefully by the end of the week all of the painting will be done.

Over the last few weeks we’ve been working our magic for Kings Norton Golf Club both in and out of the studio.
Planning, preparation and photography was how the extra special autumn social media campaign started. As one of the very few clubs in the Midlands that have 27 holes, no tee off times and a full course open throughout the whole of winter we knew this would be something to shout about.
Using social media channels; YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram as host of the creative communication campaign including a tip centre for the club members to get involved and help promote the club through all social media platforms. With the power of user generated content, with short, video-based content we planned for the engaging campaign to promote Kings Norton Golf Club using the hashtags #KNGolfClub and #KNTipCentre.
We kick started the campaign in October with ‘homemade’ style films of the professionals at the golf club to aid golfers looking to improve their play. Throughout the campaign users will be prompted to contribute to the #KNTipCentre by sharing their own golf tip on social media using the hashtag.
So why would someone get involved? The incentive of course! The user who receives the most likes on their own tip recording gets crowned the lucky winner of a courtesy 4 ball voucher – worth £120!
Not only this we’ve ensured that the brand is consistent on all social media platforms and the content reflects the beautiful surroundings of the club, special offers and benefits of a membership with Kings Norton Golf Club.

Taking the gloss away from the folder to reach an impressive alternative finish.
Working with the main sponsor school of Windsor Academy Trust (WAT) we have completed a range of projects from prospectuses to pull up banners for Windsor High School and Sixth Form over the years.
As we were present throughout the development stage of WAT this has allowed us to receive a true insight into their business and core values, meaning we can deliver a product that directly meets their needs.
As the trust is dedicated to achieving high quality learning experiences for all we knew that even their oversize A4 folder needed to reflect this.
Using the WAT brand colour and an uncoated stock we designed and printed the folder to reflect their high standards and values which will be evident to all recipients receiving key documentation in the future.
