ASI Fire Fighting iphone App

We have been recently been developing a new iphone app for ASI Fire Fighting. It is super sleek, informative and very attractive.

We feel it will be a great commodity to ASI and enable them to display their products to a whole new audience for free. It is a great little app that tells people all about the different types of fire extinguishers, how to use them and general important fire safety information.

The app is currently being submitted to Apple, so watch this space and we will post when the free app is available to download to the iphone!

ASI Fire Fighting Leaflet Drop

ASI Fire Fighting are targeting the local Halesowen and Warwick areas with a leaflet drop.

The aim is to make people aware of the fire stations closing down, putting their houses at higher risk due to longer journey times. By owning fire extinguishers, people can try to combat small fires whilst waiting for the fire brigade to arrive. It is peace of mind for people and an extra precaution, just in case anything did ever happen.

We hope this will make people aware of the necessity of a fire extinguisher and how they can protect their home and their families with a home extinguisher pack.

Make your Business the Centre of Marketing

As new ways of communicating with your target audience are introduced on a fairly regular basis, today’s consumer is more sceptical than ever of cold calling and other impersonal sales tactics.

Apart from online sales, you know yourself that the vast majority of people will ‘buy into’ another person rather than a brand and not neccesarily a product alone. Face to face is a great way of achieving a high conversion of sales so if your business is targeting the consumer consider marketing your business in your local shopping centre.

The footfall in any shopping centre provides good exposure to your organisation, your brand and you. A simple pull up banner clearly displaying your services (not too busy with detail) will capture passing eyes if only for one or two seconds. A friendly, smiling & knowledgeable representative has a chance to convert passing interest into sales opportunities. These retractable banners are widely available on the internet from around £140 for the print. Just make sure you are getting a good clear message over in the design with a strong call to action.

From our research, prices for a typical floor space start from as little as £300 per week. So as you can see, for a small financial outlay plus your (or a colleague’s) time, you can gain both a great deal of exposure for your business along with some quality sales prospects.

Dudley Canal Trust Generic Brochure

Last year we produced a quick brochure for Dudley Canal Trust. We have now produced the final 2012 brochure which we think will really help bring in the visitors. It is exciting, colourful and full of pictures to entice people to visit.

The brochure has really updated the Trust’s identity and impression on the tourist market. It is easily recognisable with a similar look and feel to the new website.

It looks like a promising year for the Dudley Canal Trust.

ASI Fire Fighting Buegle Store

After a little bit of recent research, we discovered a new facility in Facebook to sell items through a product called Buegle. It is a great little app that allows you to add products and allows people to buy products through a Facebook page.

ASI Fire Fighting decided to take up and test this little app to see how it goes. It is a great facility and allows a store to sell more products in a new place, without monthly fees.

You can see the new store here

Solus Ceramics Website Design.

Design BP has been working on a new website design for Solus Ceramics for the past couple of weeks. Design BP has now updated the Solus Ceramics website to a brand new image to coincide with the new Solus Tile Studio Website.

However the old layout is now outdated and Solus Ceramics thought it was time for a clean, trendy, more sophisticated layout which catches the public’s eye more.

The new layout is easy to navigate and easy to understand, also it’s not cluttered.

In addition to this there are pop up selections when you do hover over the ranges on the website.

Our Visit to the Dudley Canal Horror Night

Jeremy and I went along to the Dudley Canal Horror Night last Thursday and were greeted by hungry zombies attacking our cars. It was a great start, especially when they surrounded a poor woman coming out of the toilet, who ran away screaming!

It was really atmospheric with little tents pitched up with fortune tellers and gory decor.

The boat was in pitch black going through the tunnels that were really creepy, going into the deep unknown. I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who plans on going next year, so I wont say much more,  but it is definitely worth going for a chilling night out.

We’ve been coming up with some great ideas for Dudley Canal Trust next year, to help make the trip more scary and themed, so watch out next year. We’re hoping to help Dudley Canal Trust and make it even scarier!
