Design bp Whiteboard

We are currently working on a new web application for our own use. It is an online whiteboard that is hosted online, so we can see what is happening with all of our clients, no matter where we are.

We are able to add a project, add an action for the day , change the completion date and much more. This will ensure everyone knows what is going on and will prompt us to do anything that needs doing by highlighting urgent tasks by date in red. It even tells you when it was last updated, so we know what action has been taken.

This is only the first stages so we can test the application, before we make it look pretty and even more functional. The application is now hosted online at www.dbpw.co.uk, but is only accessible by password.

PCI Membranes Interactive CD

PCI Membranes had a brand new showcase catalogue produced a few months ago. To accompany this, they wanted a digital version to send to people.

The disk is a really sleek looking interface, which works very much like a website, but with exciting interactions. The disk contain a lot of information in a sophisticated format which is easy to navigate. There is also an interactive side bar that slides in and out to visually scan the pages.

We hope the disk is a real hit and adds an extra bit of fluidity to the brand and products.

You can see a preview of the disk here.

Signs Now Windows App

Signs Now were looking for a solution to standardise their quoting process. They needed to ensure that the correct installation costs were being charged as well as products costs.

This flexible system is Windows based and allows employees to add signs, extra features and installation costs which are already pre-programmed. This means no more calculators or finding costs from catalogues. The customers details are entered and a pdf is created listing all of the signs chosen. This can be left with the client as receipt or reminder of their choices.

This will really refine the ordering and quoting process for Signs Now and enable any staff to quote.

  • Changing editability for certain areas of the website.
  • Additional check boxes to areas.
  • Adjustment of the log in area.
  • Adjustment of the upload facilities.

The BEAMs system continues to improve and adapt to new challenges arising in the industry.
